Collect the merchant statement.

Obtain the merchant's most recent credit card processing statement or POS report showing monthly volume.

  • Ask the merchant for their most recent monthly statement
  • Acceptable formats: processing statement PDF, POS report, or dashboard screenshot
  • The statement must show total monthly credit card volume

Calculate and submit your deal.

Use the calculator above to estimate your bonus, then email the deal details and merchant statement to operations.

  • Use the calculator to confirm your expected bonus amount

  • Include: Merchant Name, Deal Type, Monthly Volume, Markup (if IC+)

Verification and payout.

The operations team verifies the statement, approves the bonus, and includes it in the next bi-weekly payout.

  • Ops team reviews and verifies within 48 hours
  • Approved bonuses are batched for the next bi-weekly payout
  • Payouts are processed every 1st and 15th of the month
  • You'll receive confirmation via email when approved

No merchant statement available?

If the merchant is brand new or cannot provide a statement, the deal enters a "True-Up" workflow. The rep receives a standard activation bonus at deployment. After 1 week of processing, the average volume is calculated and the 30% bonus is applied to the proven number.
